• alt+a: jump to next unread buffer in hotlist
• ctrl+r: search in buffer, arrow up and down to jump between hits

if you use the excellent weechat-matrix plugin, filter out join/part messages with:

/filter add joinquit * matrix_join,matrix_part,matrix_quit *

• install a script with: /script install url_hint.py
